I got to learn how truly patient Robin is as he helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Like most first time home buyers, there was a massive amount of unknown information that he helped both of us to think about and really understand as we began our journey. I will say that he had a pretty large project as both my wife and my tastes different quite a bit but on top of that we wanted to find and close on our dream home in less than 30 days. Not only did his lender get us a prequal and underwritten ready to go offer in 72 hours so we could jump on any house we were ready for, Robin was always just there for us. He made sure we were comfortable about everything and even during the extremely fast close, he took the time to speak with the selling agent to make sure we didn't miss out on anything and made sure to push for the best inspection so we wouldn't need to stress about any of the details. The best part of working with him though is that even after we closed and moved in, he still checks up on us which made this whole experience feel much less transactional and much more personal.
