Jerry Ferris is the co-founder of MÜV Real Estate Group with Compass Beverly Hills — a boutique, media-driven real estate collective redefining how homes are marketed and sold. A seasoned agent with over a decade of experience and a nine-figure portfolio of closed transactions, Jerry’s work focuses on Beverly Grove, where he has lived for more than 10 years, as well as other high-demand markets including Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Brentwood.

Jerry’s innovative approach to media and marketing amplifies every transaction, turning listings into stories and stories into results. His belief is simple: every neighborhood, street, and home has a story worth telling — and that story should guide how it’s presented and sold. Raised by Deaf parents in Rochester, New York, Jerry’s first real estate transaction happened when he was just 12 years old, interpreting for his parents as they purchased the family home. That experience shaped his philosophy: luxury is not a price point — it’s a service. It also taught him to listen first and speak second, a value that drives every client interaction and fuels his mission to make real estate more accessible and inclusive.

Jerry has been featured on major television projects, including as a finalist on ABC’s The Bachelorette, as host of the international travel series VIP Passport, and as a producer on Mobile Home Disaster. He’s also appeared in groundbreaking series such as Switched at Birth and This Close, both celebrated for authentic Deaf representation. Jerry created Thirsty for Knowledge, one of the first video podcasts in the U.S. to feature sign language interpreters, and is now building MÜV Media, a production company dedicated to real estate focused video podcasts and original series.

A dynamic storyteller and creative deal-closer, Jerry speaks and teaches on topics including social media for agents, neighborhood farming, listing strategy, resilience, and accessibility in real estate. He also leads media projects like Buying Beverly Grove and MÜVers & Shakers, blending real estate, storytelling, and community insight.

Jerry lives in Beverly Grove with his wife, Natasha, and their son, Asher. A marathon runner, community advocate, and connector, he is passionate about redefining how people experience real estate — blending storytelling, technology, and inclusive communication.
